Farrell North is principal in Farrell North Design Projects, an international design and development firm. For the last thirty years, he's been actively involved in the creation of prototypical projects for manufacturing to specification, entertainment performance and production, broadcasting, ergonomics, aerospace, biotechnology and organizational development. As President of Technometrics, Inc. and Chairman of Human Technology Corporation, he was involved in early stage development of biotech manufacturing strategies. Based on this diverse experience in new project development, he has authored The Creator Paradigm, a worldview of creative process that explains how power evolves through self-organization. With this intuitive technique, he helps executive level groups explore the scope of governance and collaboratively develop policies and strategies that enhance their ability to adapt in chaotic times.

Within his ongoing practice in design and development, he focuses on critical issues and emerging trends that affect the health and survival of individuals and organizations. He writes and lectures widely on the processes which evolve power as the rate of change accelerates. With over thirty years of creative development leadership experience, he's uniquely equipped to address the adaptive challenges we face as we begin the twenty first century.

Mr. North has designed and developed projects for U.S. West, AT&T, General Electric Broadcasting, United Artist Corp., The U.S. Air Force; IBM, Hewlett Packard, and many others. He has facilitated strategic planning for The Colorado Municipal League, The Colorado School Of Mines, Metropolitan State College Of Denver, The University of Colorado, numerous municipalities and non-profit enterprises. His programs on adapting to change have been enthusiastically received by groups including National Association of Purchasing Managers, The National Association Of State Arts Agencies, The Morris Animal Foundation and The National Institute of Governmental Purchasing. He has trained rural constituencies in project and policy development for the W.K. Kellogg Foundation's Managing Information in Rural America program.
